Ken, As I iron my shirt (yes, really!) for your memorial service, I couldn’t help but think of your dapper self! l know you will be resting in peace now and probably having a whale of a time ‘up there’! I will be forever grateful for you spotting me painting the windows of the house round the corner, for your appreciation of my workmanship, and your subsequent regular business in caring for your home - and, as time would be perfect yet again - your stand-in ‘carer’ just when you needed it. As such, you leave as a friend, not just a client. I fondly remember your instruction for the front door colour to stand out so that people would identify your home by its uniqueness. I’m glad I suggested yellow as it defines your sunny character and humour even when things were tough at the end. So, this donation comes with love and as your legacy. God bless you and your extended family - and ‘family of queens’!
